This book speaks of young love, and budding relationships. I'm certain that it will remind many readers of their own youth, and their own first relationships. Partly a collection of short stories, and partly a collection of poetry, they compliment each other very nicely.
The tone is a little hesitant. Almost as if the author herself is an unsocial butterfly, going where the wind may take her, but not too far outside of what she knows in her heart to be true. In the Heart of an Unsocial Butterfly is a piece that can be read many times, and the reader will take away something new every time.
